  • Courier Partners: DHL, Ninja Van, J&T

  • Delivery Fee: Varies based on your address and parcel weight.

  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Has my order been shipped yet?
Hang tight! Once your order is processed and packed, you’ll receive an email with your unique tracking number. Be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder just in case.

How do I track my order?
Simply use the tracking number provided in your email. Click “Track my parcel” on our website or enter it on the courier’s website.

My tracking number isn’t working — what should I do?
Tracking becomes active once the courier collects and processes your parcel. Allow 24 hours for it to update. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may take a little longer to appear.

Why does my tracking say “Invalid” or “Pending Pickup”?

  • Invalid: Allow 24 hours for activation. If it still doesn’t work, enter the number manually on the courier’s site.

  • Pending Pickup: Your order is being prepared and awaiting collection by the courier.

Why does my order say “Unfulfilled”?
This means we’ve received your order but haven’t processed it yet. Once it’s ready, the status will update to “Fulfilled”, and we’ll email your tracking number.

Can I choose self pick-up or instant delivery (Grab/Lalamove)?
To keep operations smooth during high demand, we’re unable to offer self-collection or instant deliveries at this time.

I need to update my shipping details. What do I do?
For security reasons, only our team can make address changes. Email team.guiastudio@gmail.com with any corrections. Please note, we cannot make changes after the order is fulfilled.

It’s been 30 working days and I haven’t received my parcel. Help!
